Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Section 1 Annual Meeting will be held at the Gaylord Rockies and Convention Center, Aurora, CO commencing at approximately 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2024. Should business not be concluded within the time allotted, the meeting will reconvene immediately following adjournment of the NAGM Business Session.
The purpose of this meeting is to review any proposed changes to the Section Rules & Regulations and/or Rules of Competition and to vote upon them.
Executive Members may submit proposed changes at https://www.ayso1ref.com/2024-adr/. Note the deadline dates for submission of proposed changes:
- May 10, 2024: Deadline for submission of proposed changes by Executive Members to Section 1 Rules and Regulations, Rules of Competition and/or Extra Guidelines
- Proposed changes may be viewed at https://bit.ly/3TuxKaY.
- May 25, 2024: Discussion and Vote on all proposed changes at the Section 1 Business Meeting in Aurora, CO.
